Description:
The reverse of the coin depicts two Australian soldiers celebrating as the guns fall silent on Armistice Day. A clock in the background marks the 11th hour of the 11th day of the 11th month (11 am on 11 November 1918). The inscription identify theme "1918 - THE EARTH SHOOK" above, a red poppy at the right side, and the Perth Mint's 'P' mintmark at the bottom. The designer's initials "WR" in tiny letters right on soldier's helmet.
