Unable to add coins to cat,

As the title says, I have tried to add some coins to the catalogue but I am stuck and cannot complete the first page.

The country is Bulgaria and I was trying to add the EURO values. There was nowhere to enter the new currency.

Is it possible for somebody in charge of the web-site to change the program and add a box for new currencies?
