Description:
On the reverse of the coins is a Regent Bowerbird shown the male to be a velvety black color with a gleaming yellow crown, mantle and tipped wing feathers. The female is olive brown with white markings. The birds are shown perched with native flora with the inscriptions of "REGENT BOWERBIRD" at the top of the design and the Perth Mint’s historic ‘P’ mint mark to the right.
