Description:
6th crowned portrait of HM Queen Elizabeth II facing right (the Commonwealth effigy), wearing the George IV State Diadem, the Coronation Necklace and Earrings framed by inscriptions “ELIZABETH II,” “AUSTRALIA, 2021,” and the face value “5 DOLLARS” surrounded by a lunar calendar wheel, will notice that each of the 12 animals in the cycle is represented in the design of the wheel. At the very top of the wheel, indicating it is the animal represented for the year, is the ox.

Description:
The reverse of the coin features the detailed image of a strong ox surrounded by the branches of a willow. The animal is rendered with strong proportions, rounded body, sturdy legs, and curved horns, emphasizing endurance and resilience. Fine surface textures highlight the ox’s hide and musculature. Symbolic of humility, enclosing a crescent-shaped. On the right above, the inscriptions: "牛" - Ox in Chinese character accompanied the inscription: "YEAR OF THE OX" - the name of the coin and "1oz .999 Ag" - the weight of the coin and the fineness of the Silver. The designer's initials (BK) are below right.
