Description:
The convex side of the domed coin features, against the longitudinal and latitudinal lines of the globe backdrop so-called curved space-time, coin’s reverse design illustrates the location of Wallal, Western Australian prominently, the narrow band from which the eclipse could be best seen and the Earth sitting within a funnel depicting Einstein’s Theory of General Relativity. Engravings on this face identify the name of the series "WALLAL CENTENARY . AUSTRALIA TESTS EINSTEIN'S THEORY" around above and weight, purity, and metal content "1 oz .999 Ag" are inscribed close to the bottom rim.
