The Kookaburra is the inspiration for Olly, one of three Sydney Olympic Games Mascots. The border of the flowers and leaves of the waratah, one of Australia's most spectacular native plants. It has crimson flowers with leathery spiked leaves and is the floral emblem of New South Wales. The Sydney 2000 colored logo (hosted city rises above the five colored Olympic rings) at the bottom on a triangle-shape banner and the 'C' Royal Australian Mint, Canberra just above.
