The coin’s reverse portrays a rabbit is seated and alert with its ears erect and another rabbit is carefree as it stands on its hind legs sniffing at the budding branch overhead . The animals are pictured in a bucolic scene featuring a picket fence, rolling hills, flowers, cabbages and three further rabbits. The Perth Mint’s ‘P’ mintmark appears below left and the designer's initials (IJ) above right, at the base of the branch.
