Description:
The reverse design features a southern right whale mother accompanied by her brindle calf gracefully swimming in the beautiful clear ocean depths, their bodies engraved with striking detail, a long arching mouth that begins above the eye and the callosities found on their heads (large colonies of cyamids or whale lice and have a white color) . Stylized aquatic elements including wave-like patterns, around above its name "SOUTHERN RIGHT WHALE" and the denomination "10 DOLLARS" is below the image. The designer's monogram (VG) appear discreetly left.
