Description:
The reverse design shows a representation of one of the coins found on the shipwreck (Netherlands (Zeeland) 1711 Silver 6 Stuivers) with the artist impression of where coins on the Zuytdorp may have come to rest with coins, scene of coral reefs that have a great amount of biodiversity featuring a starfish, staghorn coral and algae at the bottom and a high wave above. The designer's signature (VG) appears discreetly obedient with a circle right below, The inscriptions include “VOC ZUYTDORP” above right and denomination "1 DOLLAR" at the left side.
