The coin is adorned with artwork by Wajarri-Noonga artist Christine ‘Jugamu’ Collard – Seven Jijas. The coin shares the sky story of the Nyarluwarri (seven sisters) which is a cluster of stars in the constellation Pledis. Under the Constellation is depicted a detailed image of the story of seven sisters who are pursed by a man. In order to escape, they all fly up into the night sky. The constellation is also used to help determine the weather patterns and hunting season each year. The inscriptions on this face of the coin are - "THE SEVEN SISTERS", and "1/2 Oz" and ".999 Ag" is inscribed close to the bottom rim.
