reverse of the coin features a wonderful two Chinese dragons (The mythological dragons have been part of Chinese culture for thousands of years) with large-eyes, horns, fish scales and sharp claws in pursuit of a mystical flaming pearl, an ancient metaphor for wisdom, enlightenment and truth. The coin’s reverse also includes a security feature in the form of a micro-laser engraved The Perth Mint’s “P” mintmark below left and the designer's initials "JM" in tiny letters on the back of the lower dragon.
