The reverse reproduction of the Australia 1 cent coin represented a feather tailed glider designed and sculpted by Stuart Devlin. Slightly left of center, the face value "1." Below the end of the glider's tail in tiny letters, the designer's initials (SD) and the Perth Mint’s traditional ‘P’ Mint Mark inscribed close to the bottom rim.
