Description:
The obverse features a finely engraved of St George on horseback with a halo around his head, gripping a shield in his left hand and driving a long spear into the open mouth of a fallen dragon. The horse rears to the left in a dynamic pose, while the dragon coils beneath. To the left a half globe with latitude and longitude lines is the emblem of the series, and the intertwined letters "GA" (for GOLD AFFORDABLE) are an abbreviation for the numismatic program. Around the portrait appear the inscriptions accompanied by the year of issue "ICONS OF THE WORLD 2020" identifying the series name around above, the metal, weight and purity".9999 FINEST GOLD 1/200 OZ OR PUR" around below.
