It captures an oval frame in an abstract portrait of World Chief Scout Sir Robert Baden-Powell, 1st Baron Baden-Powell. A lasting impression of his tremendous committment to boyhood development and world peace. At the left the Australian spirit flame (This symbol resembles the international Scouting symbol, the fleur-de-lis incorporating the southern cross) accompanied by the dates"1908 2008" Scouts Australia, the denomination "10 DOLLARS" at the opposite surrounded by the inscriptions "SCOUTS AUSTRALIA" around above and "CENTENARY" around below.
