The reverse of the coin shows a bearded "Afghan" cameleer wearing a turban; to the left of him, a loaded and decorated camel. The rim above and to the right is decorated with a geometric mosaic pattern. Below, as if walking on the exergue line, a caravan of eight camels walking to left, being lead by a cameleer. The designer's initials (LA) are to the left of the figure. In the exergue, AFGHAN CAMELEERS, below which the face value 50.
