On the center of the reverse, a Manga style kangaroo holding a hockey stick throws the ball. Muscular anatomy, athletic posture, and detailed uniforms are finely engraved, conveying movement and competition. . Encircling it is a vibrant, multi-colored (predominantly black and grey) Cherry Blossom or sakura ring. The legend at the top of the coin accompanying the date reads "2020 AUSTRALIAN OLYMPIC TEAM" the coin identifies the name of the series and the bottom shows "PASSION" the name of the coin.
