The coin's reverse designs depict a representation of the RSL badge (The crown that sits atop the current badge signifies allegiance to King and country. Below the crown are the national flowers of Australia, Wales, England, Scotland and Ireland: the wattle, the leek, the rose, the thistle, and the shamrock. Depicted in the center of the badge, and encircled by the name of the organization, are a sailor, soldier, aviator and servicewoman marching together with their arms linked in friendship. This is to show that within the circle of the League, all Services and all ranks march together in unity and comradeship) with the inscriptions RSL CENTENARY LEST WE FORGET and ‘1916 2016’ alongside the Perth Mint's mark, "P".
