6th crowned portrait of HM Queen Elizabeth II facing right (the Commonwealth effigy), wearing the George IV State Diadem, the Coronation Necklace and Earrings framed by inscriptions “ELIZABETH II,” “AUSTRALIA, 2020,” and the face value “1 DOLLAR.”

Description:
Coin's reverse design reflects the exciting and wild period of Australia's Gold Rush. Depicts a gilded in 24 carat gold nugget shaped like the maps of the Australian foreground a representation of a prospector pan. Flowing around and through the prospector pan, a stylized impression of flowing water. The inscription EUREKA! (from old Greek: "I found!") - the cry of joy of a prospector who has just struck gold above. Engravings on this face of the coin identify the name of the series "AUSTRALIA’S GOLD RUSH" around above right, and the the designer's initials (TD) are also incorporated into the design below, outlined against the water motif. A mint mark or a privy mark "M" below.
