Coin’s reverse features a central design depicting the six effigies of Her Late Majesty Queen Elizabeth II to have appeared on Australian coin, fanned above the Queen’s royal cypher. The central design is framed with lily of the valley, one of the Queen’s favorite flowers and golden wattle, Australia’s national floral emblem. In a circle below the portraits, the Queen's cypher E II R (for Elizabeth II Regina - from Latin, "Elizabeth the Second, Queen), crowned with the Crown of St Edward. Around above, the inscription HER MAJESTY QUEEN ELIZABETH II; around below, the years of her reign: 1952 - 2022.
