6th crowned portrait of HM Queen Elizabeth II facing right (the Commonwealth effigy), wearing the George IV State Diadem, the Coronation Necklace and Earrings. encircled by the inscriptions "QUEEN ELIZABETH II" - the name of the Queen, "AUSTRALIA" - the issuing country, "2 DOLLARS" - the face value and "2019" - the issue year and "2 OZ 9999 Ag" - the weight of the coin and the purity of the Silver. Below the effigy, the transparent locket with garnets is also visible on this side features a propeller inset,

Description:
The reverse of the coin depicts a map with the flight's route taken across the Trans-Pacific flight marked above an illustration of a mountainous landscape. In the foreground is a representation of the converted ex-WWI bomber Fokker Tri-motor aircraft. The center of the coin features a propeller inset. The design also includes the mintmark 'P' from the Perth Mint at the left and the designer's initials (JM) are also incorporated into the design below mint mark. The inscription 'CENTENARY OF FIRST FLIGHT' around the left side and 'ENGLAND TO AUSTRALIA' around the right side.
