On the front-most egg, within a beaded border, surrounded by floral motifs, the designer's initials LK. Vertically on the left, the year 2001. On the right, the Chinese character ( 蛇) for "snake". Horizontally below, the coin's weight, and purity are also inscribed below “1 OZ 999 SILVER.” and the Perth Mint's mark, "P," is included.
