Description:
The coin’s ultra-high relief reverse focuses on the magnificent head of a wedge-tailed eagle. Standing especially proud of the coin’s table, the artistry highlights the bird’s superbly effective eyes, which allow it to pinpoint prey from a great height, and a large, hooked beak. The inscriptions read "AUSTRALIAN WEDGE-TAILED EAGLE" around above right, "2022 – 1 oz 9999 SILVER" found around below denotes the year, weight, content, and purity, with the Perth Mint “P” mintmark completing the design at the left side and the designer's initials (JM) appears discreetly at the bottom.
