The reverse features a colored depiction of the St Edwards Crown (Imperial State Crown), one of the most famous British crown jewels worn at the Coronation in 1953. It is framed by an ornate border of decorative elements and a representation of the Most Ancient and Most Noble breast star of the Order of the Thistle with the inscription ELIZABETH II – 1953–2003 – ANNIVERSARY OF CORONATION. Below, a stylized royal emblem completes the design, enhancing the solemn elegance of the piece. The Perth Mint's mark, "P," is not included.
