The coin's reverse design features guitarist Angus Young in his school boy uniform, doing his one-legged hop, the chicken walk. Young plays his guitar with what appears to be two left hands; this is not a grave error by the designer, but a symbol for how fast Angus is when playing. the inscription: "AC/DC" - the name of the band and of the coin. The background is inspired by art from the past album covers of AC/DC the head of a microphone; there is also a power switch, as on the cover of the Flick of the Switch album and a pattern of fine honeycomb.
