Red Poppy can be seen in the foreground above right and rugged terrain in the background. Reverse inscriptions include "1915 GOODBYE COBBER, GOD BLESS YOU". The Perth Mint’s ‘P’ mintmark are also incorporated in the design and the designer's initials (WR) at the bottom.
