The design includes a red poppy below right, the inscriptions "ANZAC DAY 100 YEARS" around above and "PRIDE RESPECT GRATITUDE" is inscribed close to the bottom rim. In the left side, The Perth Mint’s ‘P’ mintmark are also incorporated in the design and the designer's initials (AH) on the soldier's pocket.
