Description:
The reverse design was modeled on a photograph from the Australian War Memorial and after a nationwide search it was found that the young girl in the design is Jaquie Dowling and her mother Lorna greeting Private William Leslie Darcy, an ex Prisoner of War on his return home in 1945. The inscription of the event "WORLD WAR 1939 - 1945 COMING HOME" along the rim. The Gottwald's stylized (G) signature below the 20 face value.
