The reverse of the coin reflects the poignant tribute to the courage and sacrifice of those who fought in the name of freedom from tyranny, features the image of an olive branch at the right side, an internationally recognised symbol of peace, and the dates 1945 and 2020 at the opposite within a circle. The inscription ‘END OF WORLD WAR II" around above "75th ANNIVERSARY’ around below. The Perth Mint’s ‘P’ mintmark is also included in the design below.
