The reverse design shows Bill Steam shovel a character from the ABC children's show Mr. Squiggle, Gus the Snail, who has a TV for a shell and, a flower pot, with his name above. Encircling him is a vibrant, multi-colored (predominantly red and pink) ring with six open flowers in outer ring. The legend at the bottom of the coin reads "MR SQUIGGLE" and the top shows the denomination "TWO DOLLARS."
