The coin's reverse design illustrates the Richmond Tigers logo "2012-present" (The logo has much richer in details: the tiger had a lot of stripes and wrinkles and a distinctive red tongue. From the other hand, this approach made it more realistic A simpler shield shape on the background. It bore a funny resemblance to the logo of the Hollywood film studio Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer) surrounded by silhouettes of many football spectators in an outer circle.
