6th crowned portrait of HM Queen Elizabeth II facing right (the Commonwealth effigy), wearing the George IV State Diadem, the Coronation Necklace and Earrings framed by inscriptions “ELIZABETH II,” "the dates of the Queen's reign 1952 - 2022, AUSTRALIA, 2024” and the face value “1 DOLLAR.”

Description:
The reverse of the coin portrays the Commonwealth Coat of Arms, accompanied by the words AUSTRALIAN and CITIZENSHIP, and year-date. The Coat of Arms consists of the badges of six States of the Commonwealth on a shield enclosed by an ermine border signifying Australian Federation in 1901. The crest of the Arms, including a seven-pointed star, appears above the shield is supported by a kangaroo and an emu standing on a grassy mound accompanied by small branches of golden wattle. A seven-point gold Commonwealth Star sits above the shield. Six of the star’s points represent the Australian states and the seventh point represents the territories. The P mint mark of the Perth Mint is to the right. In the background, floral decoration and a ribbon below the shield inscribed AUSTRALIA.
